Introduction to Unions

This one-day workshop is designed for all newly appointed HR persons, first-level managers, front-line supervisors, team leaders and HR generalists who need some understanding of collectivism, basic employment law and conflict management. Gives overview of different approaches to union/company interactions and why people join unions. Focuses on teaching front-line supervisors and team leaders how to work with and manage employees in a unionised environment.
