Understanding the Disciplinary Process

This half-day course is designed to help first-level managers, front-line supervisors and team leaders understand how the disciplinary process works. Includes overview of employer, employee and union rights in matters of misconduct; how poor performance can differ from misconduct and practical steps on how the whole disciplinary process should be handled with an emphasis on management behaviour, fairness and consistency of process.
